Who is The Confident Clinician Collective for?
The Collective is designed for new and emerging BCBAs (within their first 3 years) who want guidance, mentorship, and practical tools to build confidence in their role.
I’m not a brand-new BCBA—can I still join?
Absolutely! Even if you’ve been certified for a while, if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of best practices, the Collective will help you refresh your skills and build confidence.
How is this different from supervision?
Supervision focuses on meeting BACB requirements. The Collective is mentorship—real-world guidance, practical resources, and community support that go beyond the test prep and hours.
How much time do I need to commit?
The Collective is designed to fit into your schedule. Most members are expected to spend 2–3 hours per month engaging with live calls, resources, and community discussions.
Do I get CEUs?
Not at this time. The focus of the Collective is mentorship and applied support. CEU opportunities may be available in the future.
Can I get 1:1 mentorship?
Yes! Members of the Collective will have the option to add discounted 1:1 mentorship sessions for personalized support
Do you cover specific clinical topics (e.g., assessments, caregiver collaboration, staff supervision)?
Yes! Each month, we will dive into common challenges such as supervision, parent collaboration, assessment selection, goal writing, and clinical decision-making. You’ll always leave with actionable strategies.
